Healthy Springfield Expo 10-10-10 flyer for Attendees
Keynote speakers will start at the top of the hour between 11am and 2pm in the theatre. Each presentation will last approximately 30 minutes. listen for the announcements 5 minutes before each speaker is to begin.
More about the Labyrinth… experience the meditative calming effect of a walking labyrinth at any time during the expo. Plan on spending 15 – 30 minutes in quiet and reflective meditation during your experience.
