To avoid any misunderstanding at the time of the Healthy Springfield Expo 10-10-10, the following requests & requirements have been established.
Date and Time of Expo
Sunday, October 10th, 2010 10am – 4pm
Must be at the Illinois Building no later than 9am.
Set-Up
Saturday, October 9th, 2010 ONLY Noon – 4pm – the building will be locked & secured Saturday night. An 8′ x10′ Table will be provided and 2 chairs and any special needs provided on the registration form. Exhibitors are responsible for skirting their own tables and providing display for their booth.
Tear Down
Please do not tear down before the end of the Expo. You will have until 6pm to tear down exhibit.
Staffing of Exhibit
Must have someone at exhibitor booth at all times from 9:40am-4pm. All exhibits must be staffed during the entire time of the expo.
Deadline for Registration
All registrations for exhibit space must be received no later than July 15th, 2010.
Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds for cancellations.
